What You’ll Do:
As Aquatics Manager, you’ll oversee daily aquatic operations, ensuring that classes run smoothly and lessons are safe, engaging and meet the British Swim School 's program curriculum. Your leadership will guide and inspire instructors to deliver the best possible experience, creating a welcoming environment for students and parents alike.
✅Teach Lessons – As a lead instructor, step in when required.

✅ Train and evaluate the swim Instructor team – Provide the training for new swim instructors.
✅ Ensure Safety & Lesson Quality – Enforce British Swim School standards and safety protocols at all times.
✅ Engage with Families – Provide friendly, professional customer service, addressing questions and concerns.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Passion for water safety and working with children (experience in swim instruction or fitness management is a plus!).
✔️ 1+ years of experience working with children (teaching, coaching, or similar roles).
✔️ Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
✔️ CPR, First Aid & Lifeguard Certifications (or willingness to obtain during training with us).
✔️ Ability to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends (this is a part-time role).

Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

While we teach swimming to people of all ages and abilities, most of our students are preschool and elementary-aged kids. Our instructors should like working with this age group and be good at making parents feel comfortable. It's helpful if you have experience with children or in a child-focused job, but it's not required if you can show the right attitude. The job comes with specialized training in our advanced and unique British Swim School approach.
We also have exciting opportunities with our Customer Service Team, even if you're not in the pool. These are the people committed to providing the best service in the industry. In these roles, you might talk to parents on the phone or by the pool. Wherever you are, the aim is to make everyone feel like part of the British Swim School Family as we focus on ensuring the “Survival of the Littlest.”
